NGK was founded in 1936 in Nagoya, Japan. From the beginning, they were active in the ceramic industry before they started developing products for the automotive industry. Today, NGK is the world leading supplier of spark plugs, spark plug terminals, sensors, cables and coils. NGK are engaged much in various motorsports such as Formula 1, Touring Series and Roadracing.
