Tubolight Insert EVO Gravel

The Tubolight EVO Gravel is a tire insert designed for gravel cycling, featuring a wider and taller profile for improved stability and protection. Its new shape reduces tire contact inside, enhancing rolling resistance and comfort. Made from a firm, slightly harder compound, it supports lower tire pressures without harming the tire or rim. An air channel between rim and insert acts as a passive valve, delaying pressure equalization on impacts to reduce bounce and rolling resistance, improving efficiency and ride feel. Specifications: fits 28" rims (19–25 mm inner width), compatible with 37–45 mm tires, weighs 33 g per insert, with a higher profile and tight fit. Benefits include better rim protection, lower rolling resistance, increased lateral stability, and allowance for lower tire pressure. Avoid applying sealing fluid directly to the valve during installation.
